We only collect information you give us, or that we need to provide your stay:

• Your name, email address and phone number, when you send an enquiry or make a booking.
• Booking details such as dates, the accommodation you have chosen, and any preferences or requests you tell us about.
• Any other information you choose to include in a message to us.

We do not collect payment card details through this website. Bookings and payments are handled by our booking provider on their own secure system.

We use your information to:

• Respond to your enquiry.
• Confirm, manage and prepare for your stay.
• Contact you about your booking, including any changes.
• Meet our legal and accounting obligations.

We will not send you marketing email unless you have asked us to, and you can ask us to stop at any time.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only where it is needed to run the property — for example with our booking and payment provider, or with a service provider helping us deliver something you have asked for.

We may also disclose information where the law requires it.

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. If we add analytics in future to understand how the site is used, we will update this policy first.

We keep enquiry and booking information only as long as we need it for the purpose it was collected, and to meet our legal and tax obligations. After that we securely delete it.

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Contact us and we will respond as soon as we reasonably can.
